By booking an appointment with Amanda Jay you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
You must pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking for in-person reading and/or One Hour in Person Mentoring. The remainder of the balance must be paid on the day by EFTPOS or in cash.
All Zoom readings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Your deposit/payment is non-refundable. It may be transferred when you give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of appointment rescheduling.
You will be contacted via text message and email to remind you of your appointment, and to be added to Amanda’s mailing list.
It is your responsibility to have a stable internet connection. If you have a bad connection this will result in you losing time on your reading.
It is your responsibility to be punctual for your all appointment. If you are late, this time will be taken out of your appointment.
Recording of your Zoom reading with Amanda Jay is not permitted if Amanda becomes aware that you’re recording the session she will instantly terminate Zoom. Your reading will not be refunded or rescheduled.
By booking an Email Reading or a Gift Voucher with Amanda Jay you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
All Email Readings must be paid for at the time of booking. There are no refunds.
No time slot will be allocated for Email Readings. You will be given an estimated time as to when you may receive your reading, but this is subject to change and availability. In general, this time is approximately 7 – 14 working days.
You will receive your reading via email and be added to Amanda’s mailing list. Please regularly check your junk mail in the instance that the email has ended up there.
I have the right to refuse to answer questions if they do not fit into the guidelines I mention or if I feel the question is not morally appropriate. You may change the question in this circumstance and ask another.
Gift Vouchers may be transferred to someone else if the recipient is not able to use them. There are no refunds.
Gift Vouchers must be used within 12 months. If this isn’t possible please contact Amanda Jay and we can organise the reading in a time frame that works for you.
